Questions about how it works.

How quickly will I hear from my advisor after joining?

Your advisor will reach out within one business day of you completing your assessment. The sooner you complete it, the sooner they have something real to work with.

Do I have to complete the whole assessment?

It only takes about three minutes, and finishing it gives your advisor your complete picture. Even a partial assessment gives them a starting point — but most members complete the whole thing in one sitting.

What if I don’t like my assigned advisor?

Contact us at team@trycareclub.com and we’ll work to reassign you. We want the relationship to be a good fit.

Is Care Club a replacement for my financial planner or CPA?

No. Care Club complements your existing professional relationships — it doesn’t replace them. Your advisor is a licensed insurance professional, not a CPA or registered investment advisor. If you have complex tax or investment needs, your Care Club advisor can help you identify what kind of professional you need.

How long does the assessment take?

About three minutes. You can complete it in one sitting at your own pace — your answers are saved automatically as you go.

Can I retake the assessment?

Yes — and we encourage it. Your financial picture changes over time. Retaking your assessment lets you track your progress and gives your advisor updated information to work with.
